OBINRIN may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, location (including state, LGA and city or town), business name and description, profile or business photo, product or service information and photos, website or social media links, account and login information, messages and enquiries sent through OBINRIN, and information relating to payments you make for optional OBINRIN features.

We use this information to create and manage your account, provide access to OBINRIN, display seller and business profiles and listings, help buyers discover businesses, enable buyers and sellers to contact one another, process payments for optional OBINRIN features, communicate with you about your account, improve and maintain the platform, prevent misuse or abuse, and respond to support requests.

When you create a public business profile, information such as your business name and description, product and service listings, photos, selected business location, contact details you choose to display, and website or social links may be visible to OBINRIN users and visitors.

Your password and private account information are not publicly displayed. Your private phone number and delivery address will only be displayed where you choose to make them public. Payment card details are handled by Paystack and are not stored by OBINRIN.

Only publish information on your public profile that you are comfortable sharing.

OBINRIN processes payments for its own services, such as Sponsored promotions and extra listings, through Paystack.

Purchases of products or services from sellers are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. OBINRIN does not process, hold or manage those seller transaction payments.

OBINRIN does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting and payment providers, or where disclosure is required by law.

You can update your profile, business information, listings and other account details through your dashboard and Settings where those options are available.

OBINRIN may update this policy as the platform develops. The latest update date will always appear at the top of this page.
